the 1:1 coaching package

If you are ready to dive headfirst into intuitive eating, but are scared or just aren’t sure where to start, 1:1 coaching is for you! Stop putting yourself on the back burner and start your journey to authentic health today.

1:1 coaching is a 100% tailored experience, so you can get the support, tools, and resources you need and not a bunch of extra stuff that you don’t. We have a loose structure for our program, but 1:1 sessions will be tailored to focus on bite-sized pieces that challenge you in a way that is doable - not overwhelming. Everyone’s journey looks different and we won’t push you off the deep end or move on from a topic until you are ready.

Session themes may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Hindsight is 20/20: Review your diet and body image history to discover where diets have failed you…and where they served you.

  • Love your body when you don’t like your body: Dig deeper into body image and how to accept your body when positivity and love feel out of reach.

  • No more food rules: Explore your food rules (even the sneaky ones) and learn how to work through them at a pace that works best for you.

  • If I have it in the house, I can’t stop: Identify your fear foods and begin to challenge them in a way that doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed and out of control.

  • Hello, body. Are you there? It’s me!: Reconnect you to your body’s natural cues and innate wisdom and lay the groundwork so you can fuel yourself in an informed and delicious way that honors your wants and your needs.

  • Stress Eaters Anonymous: Learn how to cope with stress and emotion with kindness, whether that includes eating or not.

  • Non-diety nutrition: Discover how all foods fit into your life in a stress-free way that supports your long term health goals.

  • Movement > Exercise: Explore movement practices that bring you joy and honors your health.

Because of the consistency and time required to do this work and create a positive result, coaching packages require a 12 week minimum commitment.

With the self-paced program, you will get:

  • 12 learning modules covering topics across the spectrum of food freedom + body acceptance, including, but not limited to:
